The 15t transformer lift truck is used for the installation and disassembly of transformers

Project Background:

The transformer weighs 15t and is installed from bottom to top, requiring alignment with the installation holes. Therefore, this project requires high precision control and must have a lifting function. The customer requires an AGV with lifting function and X, Y, Z direction adjustment function on the platform, as well as track crossing function. It is a specialized equipment for the manufacturing and maintenance of rail vehicles, as well as the disassembly, installation, and transportation of large components under the vehicle.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniAnt model transformer lifting AGV with a carrying capacity of 15 tons, and the wheel system adopts four active steering wheels. The orientation can be controlled by remote control (compatible with both wireless and wired), and the vehicle can be adjusted with an accuracy of ± 1mm.
